Online Festival

The Online Festival will be live-streamed and become available after the live session as an on-demand video. Please see the timetable on the ‘Attending Online’ Page for more information.

You will need to choose either the in-person or the online option at the time of booking the Canadian Festival. You will not be able to book for both.

All sessions will remain available online until 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 17, 2026, with the exception of the Empowerment Ceremony. The Empowerment Ceremony will be available for only 24 hours, from 11:00 a.m. EDT on May 2, 2026 to 10:59 a.m. EDT on May 3, 2026.

Booking Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming the details of your booking and payment.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.

Payment & Refund Policies

All dates / times refer to Eastern Standard Time (EDT).

• Bookings are for the whole event.

• Full payment is required at time of booking.

• Cancellations: A $20 admin fee will be retained for all cancellations up to 11:59 p.m. EDT Wednesday 29, 2026. After this, the festival fee is fully non-refundable.

Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.

Exceptions may be made in cases of sickness or bereavement. You should apply by e-mail to the Centre de Meditation Montreal Admin Director at: admin@meditationamontreal.org within 2 weeks of the end of the festival.
