Attending Online
May 1st - 5th
Live broadcast of the festival will be available this year !
The emphasis for this year’s Canadian Festival is in-person attendance, but it will be possible to participate online if you are not able to attend in-person. For those who have booked to participate online, each online session will be live-streamed and become available after the live session as an on-demand video.
You will need to choose either the in-person or the online option at the time of booking the Canadian Festival. You will not be able to book for both.
All sessions will remain available online until 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 17, 2026, with the exception of the Empowerment Ceremony. The Empowerment Ceremony will be available for only 24 hours, from 11:00 a.m. EDT on May 2, 2026 to 10:59 a.m. EDT on May 3, 2026.
For bookings made before April 29th, 2026, registered attendees will receive an email with a link to the ‘Online Festival’ Page by 1:00 p.m. EDT on May 1st, 2026.
For bookings made on April 29th, 2026 or after, registered attendees will receive an email with a link to the ‘Online Festival’ page, within 12 hours following their booking.
Please book in advance to ensure you can access the online sessions in a timely manner.
Technical Support
Please use the zoom chat if you experience technical challenges during a live session. We will try our best to assist you. Refer to the Online troubleshooting guide which provides valuable tips to solve frequent technical issues.
Otherwise, please email festivalsupport@kadampa.ca for assistance. We will assist you to the best of our ability as soon as we can. Note that we might not be able to provide immediate assistance but we will get back to you in a timely manner.
Audio Recordings
Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions only and do not include the guided meditations, the retreat sessions nor the empowerment ceremony.
They can be purchased at the time of booking the festival, or simply by e-mailing festivals@kadampa.ca
