    When signing up for events, to receive the newsletter, to use the contact/inquiries forms or to make a donation, some personal information is required such as the person’s name, home address, email address, phone number and, in some cases, debit or credit card details. This information shall only be used for purposes such as processing any payment you have made, providing the course, event or newsletter that you have signed up for and for our records.

    We may need to share your personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. However, we will not share your email address or any other personal information with any other organization without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

  • When you submit information to this website via a form (i.e. contact or inquiry form, subscription to our newsletter), we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions appropriately.   • If you have joined our email list or registered for classes and events on our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
